Inground is always possible

Exchange of lifting equipment during the continuous workshop operation.

Often the prejudice that the installation of inground lifts is problematical and needs too much time is the only obstacle against an up-to-date workshop modernization with the installation of space saving and employee-friendly inground lifts. This statement has to be refuted, means autop.

Many garages still believe that the installation of inground lifts in an existing garage is difficult. They think that the necessary digging works cause dirt and dust in a parallel continuously working garage, which would therefore be considerably disturbed and the long installation period would narrow the workshop capacity. Some garage owner assume the risk of high follow-up costs, i.e. caused by new tiling which would be necessary for such an installation. But these arguments can fast be devitalized.

Long, loud and dirty works are not necessary because the floor is precisely cut with a saw, working with a fast wet cutting procedure. For the digging works special machines are available so the daily days work in the garage can go on.

Special lifts

autop developed the electro-hydraulic inground lift Masterlift 4.35 Synchro for special installation situations, a lift with an electronic synchronization. This lift offers really good installation conditions, because the pistons are installed in a bore hole of 400 mm or in suitable PVC pipes. The synchronization is done electronicly, there is no mechanical connection between the two pistons.

Due to its flexible usability of the lifting units variable piston distance can be realized. Because of the abandonment of a mechanical cylinder connection combined with a free-carrying cylinder construction, various installation situations like tube installation or pit installation are possible.
